The Friends of the Berryville Library are very excited to present our next author talk, Love Your Audience!
This discussion panel will feature two authors with ties to Berryville, Amanda McKinney and Craig Froman.
Amanda McKinney is the bestselling and multi-award-winning author of more than twenty-five romance and thriller novels. Her books have received over fifteen literary awards and nominations, including the prestigious Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence, and have been included in lists such as POPSUGAR’s 12 Best Romance Books, and featured on the Today Show. We have several of her series in the system, including Berry Springs, On the Edge, and Steele Shadows Security.
With a career as writer and editor spanning over two decades, Craig Froman has personally been involved in the editorial process of over 3,000 books, with his own books having sold over 200,000 copies. His expertise spans across diverse genres, including education, inspiration, geography, cultures, theology, literature, science, history, children’s fiction, and adult fiction. We have several of his books in the system, including Passport to the World: Your A to Z Guided Language Tour, The Children’s Atlas of the U.S.A., and Passport to America: Your A to Z Tour of the States.
During our panel talk, we’ll cover their work and writing in general, as well as more craft-specific questions about the importance of audience when writing.
The talk will be held Saturday, February 3, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Carroll Electric Community Room. Light refreshments will be provided.
We hope to see you there!
