The book tasting we hosted back in February, pictured above, was a big hit. We had 11 people attend our first adult book tasting at the library (we had previously hosted one for teens several years ago), and since it was so popular, we are bringing it back for the summer!
We will host 3 Stay & Make Meetup programs in June and July. The first will be a needle felting session and the last will be painting, but the middle one on June 30 from 4 to 6 pm will be another book tasting!
Be sure to sign up now for the book tasting. There will only be 20 seats available, and we have already had people start signing up for it.
Our theme this summer is Color Our World, and the book tasting menus will be designed around this idea. No books used for the last book tasting will be included in this one. It’s an all-new batch of books to sample! As with last time, you will have the chance to sample from a couple dozen library books, and you can check out or place books on hold that piqued your curiosity.
After the event, we will have a special Book Tasting themed Book Buzz post that rounds up the titles that were previewed at the book tasting and features the menus.

Did you attend the last book tasting? Are you attending this one? Tell us in the comments!
