On August 7, before a crowd of about 200, the ribbon cutting for the new Berryville Library occurred at 10 am. Afterward, the library hosted an open house, as well as fun events for the whole family. Local banks provided free lunch for everyone. All photos unless otherwise noted were taken by Larry Plumlee.
