In early November, our Berryville Library Building Project launched a fundraising challenge: raise $300,000 before the end of the year. If we reach this goal, we have an anonymous donor who will donate $100,000 to the building fund. The combined $400,000 from this challenge would get us to $3.2 million already raised since April 2021 and allow us to set a date to break ground in 2024. The plan is to then raise the remaining $300,000 needed during the building process.
In November, we raised an amazing $150,000, 50% of our goal, through a mailing, radio spots on our local KTHS and KUAF stations, and a telethon on KTHS.
We cannot thank the people who donated and helped us with the telethon and mailing and other fundraising efforts enough. However, we still need to raise that other 50% to reach our goal!
Please give to this fundraising challenge, and help us give back to the community for generations to come!

No amount is too large or too small! You can learn more about our giving levels on our building project website. Donors who give over $1,000 will have their name on a special donor wall in the new library. (See above picture.) We also still have some naming opportunities available for gifts over $10,000, including our Berryville Library Legacy Project that lets donors highlight a piece of local history of their choice by selecting photographs to be displayed on one end of a shelving unit at the new library. (See photo below.)

Help us write the final chapters of this amazing story, so we can break ground next year! All gifts are tax-deductible and can be made as a one-time donation or a multi-year pledge. You can drop off or mail checks to the library at 104 Spring Street, Berryville, AR 72616. You can also donate online for amounts under $500. For questions about naming opportunities or planned giving options, please contact Kristy Noble Tesch at (870) 654-6565 or berryvillelibrary2025@gmail.com.
Thank you so much for your support! We can’t build this new library without you!
